About Cristy

Cristy is a qualified personal trainer with a passion for fitness and exercise. After years of permanent dieting she discovered how regular exercise and healthy eating could help her achieve the body she always wanted. Cristy decided to train as a personal trainer so she could help others enjoy the benefits of exercise and healthy eating. Cristy has worked successfully with a range of clients, all with different goals, both female and male aged 19 to 65.

Cristy is a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.

The level 3 Personal Training course, as offered by Cristy is the Active IQ Level 3 in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training.  The course, which can be done on both a full-time and part-time basis,  takes anything from 6-weeks to 6-months to complete (on average) and covers both the Active IQ level 2 in Fitness Instructing, followed by the Active IQ level 3 in Personal Training.
